Black Card Members

Black cards are required in order to acquire items from the "dusk" menu. Said cards will be handed out IC at certain events that Neela-ji attends and sometimes by other vendors. They're also available at the restaurant itself or by Neela-ji and need only be inquired about to sign up for one. The dusk menu has black market goods, ranging from in house edibles to weapons and poisons. There are a few rules to the dusk items:

1. No poisoning of people on the premises. (At least conspicuously.) Killing people on restaurant grounds is a no no.

2. To qualify for the black card, your character must be at least 18 years of age IC. Minor characters can only order from the cornucopia menu. 

3. Dusk edibles can be consumed in the restaurant. We just ask that you consume responsibly due to the nature of the products.
